Terms of service
The deal, in plain words.
Juke is a fantasy football analyst for your draft and your season. It runs mock drafts, reads the league you play in and makes the week's calls, with the working shown. It only ever reads a league. It never changes one.
Last updated September 21, 2026. Matched to what the app does, not copied from a template. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and will be before paid plans go on sale.
01
Using Juke
A mock draft, the player pages and the example league need nothing from you. Reading your own league needs an account: Free reads one ESPN, Sleeper or CBS league and gives its weekly lineup call; the waiver and trade calls, and Yahoo leagues, need Season Pass. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it.
Don't abuse the service: no scripting requests at it, getting around the draft room's limits, or breaking into a room you weren't invited to.
02
Your account
An account is free. Sign-in runs on Clerk, so its terms cover the login itself. Keep your details to yourself and use an email you can receive, since that is how the account is recovered. Don't make accounts to get around a limit, a free week or a price, or to pretend to be someone else.
You can delete your account on the Account page: Manage sign-in, then Security, then Delete account. That deletes what Juke holds about you too. The Privacy page lists exactly what.

Plans and prices
- Free
- Mock drafts, always, with or without an account. A free account adds saved drafts, one ESPN, Sleeper or CBS league read-only (standings, rosters, scores, this week’s matchup and box score, rankings in its scoring) with its weekly lineup call, one trade check a week, and its game plan by email.
- Season Pass · $29.99
- Reads 1 league, with the calls on your team, the trade check, playoff odds and the full draft grade.
- Multi-League · $49.99
- Everything in Season Pass, for up to 20 leagues.
- League Pass · $14.99 a manager
- Season Pass for every manager in one league of 8 to 20 teams, bought by one person. See "League Pass".
- One payment, no renewal. A plan covers the current season, through February 1, 2027. Nothing renews. Next season is a new purchase you choose to make.
- Late in the season, half price. From Week 10, Season Pass and Multi-League cost half.
- Moving up costs the difference between what you paid and the new plan. Moving down isn't refunded.
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where the law requires it, and shown before you pay.
- The price you see before you pay is the price you pay. A price change never touches a season you already bought.
04
The free week
Season Pass comes with one free week. The rules:
- It runs until 9 AM on the Tuesday after your first full NFL week, so it always covers at least one Sunday of games. The exact date is shown before you start.
- It needs a card. When it ends, Season Pass is charged to that card, unless you cancel first.
- We email you 2 days before it charges, and again on the day.
- Cancel any time on Account, in two taps. You go back to Free right away and are never charged.
- Forgot to cancel? Ask within 48 hours of the charge and we refund it in full. Once per person.
- One free week per person, per card and per league. None after Week 14, so it can't be used to cover the playoffs.
05
Refunds
Every refund here is tied to something we can check, not to a request we have to judge:
- Your league won't read. If Juke never reads your league within 7 days of paying, tell us and you get the full price back. Once your league has read, the season is yours and isn't refunded.
- The free week. A charge you forgot to cancel, within 48 hours. See above.
- League Pass seats. Seats nobody claims can be refunded for 14 days after purchase. After that, seats are final.
- If we stop. If Juke shuts down, or stops reading your platform for good, before the season ends, we refund the unused part of the season.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Ask at [email protected]. None of this takes away a right to a refund the law gives you where you live.
06
League Pass
- A commissioner buys it for one league of 8 to 20 teams, for the current season.
- Each manager claims a seat with the invite link. Claiming gives that manager Season Pass for this league. No card needed.
- Managers who already have Season Pass or more aren't charged for. The commissioner pays for the rest.
- Seats nobody claims can be refunded for 14 days. After that they are final.
- A claimed seat belongs to the account that claimed it and can't be moved to another league.
- Only share the link with your league. Anyone with it can claim an open seat.
07
Connecting a league
Connecting lets Juke read your league from Sleeper, ESPN or CBS: teams, rosters, settings, schedule and results. Juke never changes a league. Every call is advice that you carry out yourself, on the platform, or don't.
Only connect a league you belong to, with your own details. The Privacy page says how each platform's sign-in is stored and deleted. Disconnecting stops Juke reading it.
Your use of each platform is still under its own terms. Juke isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Sleeper, ESPN or CBS, and a platform can change what it lets outside apps read. If that ends Juke reading your league for good, the refund in "If we stop" applies.
08
Alerts and the app
Alerts go by email and to your phone, and we send them on time. But they travel through your email provider, your phone and your browser, which we don't control, so we can't promise one arrives before a game locks. Your lineup is yours to set.
You choose what we send, and can change it or turn it all off from Alerts, or from the link in any email. We don't send marketing without asking.
09
Rooms and other people
A shared draft room holds other people's picks and messages. Juke strips anything that isn't plain text, a real GIPHY link, or our own photo or voice upload, and limits how fast anyone can act. It doesn't otherwise moderate what people say. You're responsible for what you post, and for who you send an invite link to.
10
Where the data comes from
Player data, projections, ADP and stats come from public feeds: Sleeper, Fantasy Football Calculator, nflverse and ffopportunity. Headlines come from Tank01 and live scores from ESPN. A league you connect is read from its platform. We link to news rather than republish it.
Every rating, grade, ranking and call is Juke's own calculation on that data. The one exception is a platform's own weekly projection for your league, which we show where it publishes one and label as theirs. None of it is endorsed by those providers.
11
No guarantees about the football
Every grade, projection, ranking and call is a model's best guess about games not yet played. None of it promises how a player will do, and none of it is advice about money: an entry fee, a prize or a bet. What you do in your league is your decision. A call that doesn't work out isn't a reason for a refund.
12
The service as it is
Juke is provided as it stands. It depends on other companies' servers (Sleeper, ESPN, CBS, Fantasy Football Calculator, Tank01, Clerk, Stripe and Cloudflare), and an outage there can make a feature here go quiet for a while. The mock draft is built to keep working when that happens, but that's a goal, not a promise.
13
Limits on what we owe you
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us for the current season. Nothing here removes a right you have that can't be signed away where you live.
14
Changes
The app changes, and these terms move with it. The date at the top is when they last changed. If a change affects what you've paid for, we'll email you before it applies, and it never changes a season you already bought.
